Moving people in the planner

Drag-drop groups, Auto Fill, handle tentatives, and post the lineup to Discord.

The web planner is where you shape the roster before a raid.

1. Open the planner

Run /raid planner for the link, or open Planner in the web nav and pick your raid.

2. Drag people into groups

Drag signups between groups to set your composition. The comp targets (tanks, healers, DPS) show what you're still short on.

3. Auto Fill

Auto Fill drops every unassigned player into open group slots in one pass. Tidy up by hand after.

4. Tentatives and absences

Tentative and absent players sit in their own buckets, so you can see who's shaky at a glance. Hit the nudge button to ping the tentatives to confirm.

5. Alts

If someone offered an alt, accept it from their signup and it swaps into the roster.

6. Post the lineup to Discord

Hit Post to Discord, pick a channel (the raid thread by default), and choose:

  • Image + link: a rendered picture of the groups plus a link back to the planner view.
  • Image only: just the picture.

7. Lock from here

The Start Raid button locks the raid. Locking from the web isn't instant. It runs on the next minute tick, so give it a moment to catch up.

Arrange people however you like before the lock. Locking distributes exactly what you set. After the lock you can keep shuffling here or with /raid move.

Rather stay in Discord?

/raid move shifts a player to a group, but only once the raid is locked. /raid groups shows the current party assignments.
