Real groups in your server. Nothing installed.
A guild opens a group to pickup players, and Hootus posts it in your channel through a webhook you made yourself. It updates as the group fills and disappears when the group closes. No bot added, no permissions handed over, no bill.

What lands in the channel. Posted by a webhook you made, in your own server, by a bot that is not in it.
Every realm server has a dead LFG channel.
It fills with one-line pastes, half of them from people who logged off, and nothing says which ones are still live. So the channel gets ignored, and the groups that were genuinely short a healer never find one.
The relay gives that channel groups from guilds that opened them to pickup players, with the roles still missing written on the post. When a spot goes, the post says so. When the group closes, the post leaves.
- The whole install
You make a webhook, that is it
Hit create and Discord itself asks which server and channel you want, then hands the webhook back. No bot joins, no role is created, nobody new turns up in your member list.
- Four filters
Narrow it to your corner of Classic
Pick the flavours, the region, the realms, and the kinds of content that belong in that channel. A realm server sees its realm. A MoP server sees MoP. Raid nights ride along or stay out, whichever suits the room.
- No stale posts
The posts keep themselves current
When someone signs up, the relayed post updates in place. When the group locks or closes, the post goes with it. Nobody reads about a spot that was taken forty minutes ago.
- Board or posts
One message, or one per group
Run it as a single board that rewrites itself as groups come and go, or give every group its own post. Busy servers tend to want the board. Quieter ones like the posts.
- Quiet by default
It posts, it does not shout
Groups land in the channel without an @everyone hanging off them. People who want to browse for a run go and browse. The rest of the server carries on.
- One click off
Delete the webhook and it is gone
Remove it in Discord or switch the relay off on your page. There is nothing left to clean up, because nothing was ever installed.
Nothing. That is the whole feature.
A webhook is a URL that can write to one channel. It cannot read the channel, cannot see your members, and cannot be talked into anything else. Here is the honest before-and-after of your server.
- Bots added to your server
- None
- Roles created or changed
- None
- Permissions granted to Hootus
- None
- Your member list

The relay is for community servers that install nothing. If that is not a selling point for you, add the bot instead and get the raid tools with it.
- Your moderators keep everythingNobody is granted anything, so nobody has to be reviewed later. A webhook writes to one channel and does nothing else, which is the entire point.
- Real groups, not pastesEvery line came from a guild that pressed post and opened it to pickup players. Nothing is scraped, nothing is invented to fill the board.
- Off is one deletion awayDelete the webhook in Discord and the relay stops mid-sentence. No support ticket, no lingering integration in your server settings.

Your open groups reach past your own Discord.
Nothing changes about how you post. Mark a group open to pickup players the way you already do, and it goes out to the community servers that asked for your realm and your flavour. Leave the toggle off and the group stays home.
Whoever turns up follows the same path as any other PUG. They name the character they are bringing, Hootus checks it on the armory, the leader approves, and access is scoped to that group and taken back after. A wider audience, not a looser door.
- The per-post open to PUGs toggle is the only switch involved
- Groups you keep to the guild never leave the guild
- Applicants come through the same armory-checked flow as any PUG
- Access stays scoped to the group, cleaned up when it wraps
- Untoggle a post and the relayed copy goes away with it
A guild said yes. A community server said yes. That is the whole arrangement.
- It does not scrape. Nothing is read out of your server, or anyone else's
- It does not match-make. It relays what guilds posted, you pick what to join
- It does not ping. Posts arrive without @everyone hanging off them
- It does not join. No bot, no roles, no permissions to review later
- It does not cost. Free for the community server and free for the guild
Give your realm a board worth reading.
Make a webhook, choose your realm and your flavour, and the groups arrive. Two minutes of setup, and your members keep every permission they walked in with.
