Guilds running Hootus post groups that are short a body. Subscribe a channel, pick what it should see, and those groups land there. Posts update as spots fill and go away when the group closes.

No hosting, no token to paste anywhere, no config file. Discord does the part that matters.
Say what the channel should see
Pick the version of Classic, the realms, and the kinds of content that belong in there, then choose one live board or a post per group. Leave a filter blank and you get all of it. The name is only for you.
Hit create, Discord asks where
Discord runs the next screen itself: it asks which server and channel, then hands the webhook back. You need Manage Webhooks in that server, and you can back out on that screen without creating anything.
The first post lands
A board arrives and keeps itself current, or groups post as they open and clear out when they close. Come back here to edit the filters, post it again, or delete it.
Pick what you want, or just hit create.
Every filter is optional. Skip the lot and you get every group on every realm, across every version of Classic.

Changing it, or stopping it.
Nothing about the relay is load-bearing for your server, so nothing about turning it off is awkward. Delete the webhook in Discord under Server Settings, Integrations, Webhooks, or delete it on this page. Either end works and neither leaves anything behind.
One honest warning: the relay carries groups from guilds that run Hootus and marked the post open to pickup players. On a realm where nobody runs him yet, your channel will be quiet, and no amount of filter tweaking changes that. Point an officer at the bot if you want traffic.
- Edit the filters whenever you like, the next post uses them
- Post it again now, if the board scrolled under a busy evening
- Delete it here, or delete the webhook in Discord, either one stops it
- If it is removed on the Discord side, Hootus stops posting and says so on this page
- Add another for a second channel, with its own realms and its own filters
